Privacy policy:

  • We collect your personal information for our own use only.
  • We promise never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other company without your prior permission, except when asked by the police in connection with a criminal enquiry, or when presented with a valid court order.
  • All personal data is transferred over the internet encrypted on the CMT Portal by using the latest SSL encryption technologies. So you can be sure that your personal data is safe.
  • Data is stored securely on our physical servers, physical access to the servers is restricted.
  • Passwords and other information required to access your account, are stored encrypted.
  • We never store your debit/credit card details or bank account details.
  • When you join CMT, at any membership level, you agree that we may use the details supplied to contact you:
    • We promise not to send (on average) more than one promotional email per week;
    • The average is taken over a 12 month period, so in any given 12 months you will receive no more than 52 promotional emails;
    • We may contact you for reasons other than promotional purposes and such contact will not count towards the 12 month average. Some examples of non-promotional contact are, but not limited to, subscription reminders, password reminders, notifications of meetings;
    • On occasion we may use phone, mobile or posted letter to contact you, as well as email;
  • You may view all the personal details we hold for you by logging into your account on the CMT Portal and clicking on the menu link “Profile”.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the “Profile” page. All data held on our computer systems will be removed within 7 days.
  • If you delete your account you also forfeit membership of any kind to CMT. In other words, membership of CMT is subject to you having an active profile on the CMT Portal.
